Contract Clauses
LOSS AND DAMAGE
To the extent permitted by law, the Client will be responsible for risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction to the equipment that is provided from any and every cause.

WEATHER CLAUSE (OUTDOOR PARTIES)
We are not responsible for outdoor conditions for balloon damage. Please check the weather the day of event to prevent overheating and frozen conditions.

CANCELLATION
By Client. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Client cancels up to 5 days prior to the Event Date, the Client will be entitled to a full refund. If the Client cancels 4 days prior to the Event Date, the Client will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If the Client cancels less than 3 days prior to the Event Date, the Client will not be entitled to a refund.
EQUIPMENT
Clients Are responsible for rental price and planner is in charge of providing the equipment
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Client has the options to choose payment plan and payment can be made by cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL or VENMO. Other forms of payment not listed here are not accepted.
